Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal at MyPcCare.com. The technical support of MyPcCare.com is delivered through e-mail, chat, phone and remote access by using state of the art secured and proven technology. If, in any unlikely event, you are not satisfied with our services, we have a refund policy which is stated below.
All Plans
A Full Money Back Guarantee for seven days for all customers who are not satisfied with our services. You need to send an e-mail to refunds@mypccare.com within seven days from the date of payment for the refund.
Insta Plans
- 50% of the price will be refunded if the customer doesn't take any support from us within 15 calendar days from the date of payment.
- No refund will take place if a customer receives a service from us and the technical issue is resolved for the plan he/she has registered with MyPcCare.com.
- No refund will be made after 15 days from the date of payment.
- The registered customer has to formally claim the refund by sending an email to refunds@mypccare.com clearly stating the reasons for refund.
Duration Based Plans
Pearl plan
- 70% of the plan value will be refunded if the customer didn't take any technical service and claims refund within 30 days from the date of payment.
- 30% of the plan value will be refunded if the customer receives any technical support and claims a refund within 30 days from the date of payment.
- No refund will be done after 30 days from the date of payment.
- No refund will be done if the customer accepts the free security software offer and agrees to install it in his/her computer.
- The registered customer has to formally claim the refund by sending an email to refunds@mypccare.com clearly stating the reasons for refund. E)
Diamond Plan
- 70% of the plan value will be refunded if the customer didn't take any technical service and claims refund within 30 days from the date of payment.
- 40% of the plan value will be refunded if the customer receives any technical support and claims a refund within 30 days from the date of payment.
- No refund will be done after 30 days from the date of payment.
- No refund will be done if the customer accepts the free security software offer and agrees to install it in his/her computer.
- The registered customer has to formally claim the refund by sending an email to refunds@mypccare.com clearly stating the reasons for refund.
Platinum Plan
- 70% of the plan value will be refunded if the customer didn't take any technical service and claims refund within 30 days from the date of payment.
- 50% of the plan value will be refunded if the customer receives any technical support and claims a refund within 30 days from the date of payment.
- No refund will be done after 30 days from the date of payment.
- No refund will be done if the customer accepts the free security software offer and agrees to install it in his/her computer.
- The registered customer has to formally claim the refund by sending an email to refunds@mypccare.com clearly stating the reasons for refund.
Acceptable reasons for Refund
- Refund policy does not apply for Free Trial Offer.
- Refund policy will be valid only if MyPcCare.com failed satisfactory solutions of issues mentioned in the scope of services.
- Refund can only be claimed if customer's issue is not resolved or customer did not get the support in time.
- For Fraudulent chargebacks, all evidences will be submitted to appropriate authorities and proper legal action will be undertaken. We will not be held responsible if their credit rating is downgraded due to the above.
